JohnGriffinInternational.com Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services
This Cancellation Policy is hereby incorporated by reference as a binding term of John Griffin International, LLC’s Website Terms and Conditions of Use agreement, which governs the use of all visitors and customers of www.johngriffininternational.com (the “Site”.) Upon purchase of any subscription service, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms for cancellation.

Johngriffininternational.com offers online curriculum e-learning courseware and trainings on a subscription basis. Any such subscription requires payment each month with a recurring credit card or bank draft charge automatically payable twelve (12) times per year.

John Griffin International customers may cancel subscription service at any time and terminate future monthly automated billing and payment drafts. However, please note, because our courseware is exclusively offered and delivered to customers digitally, no refunds or prorations may be offered with a request for cancellation within a monthly billing cycle.

If a customer cancels a subscription or if a recurring subscription payment is declined by the customer’s financial institution, or fails to post on the designated monthly due date, access to the Site’s courseware or digital products will be suspended for customer, and if applicable for customer’s enrolled students as well. Full courseware access will resume as quickly as the paid subscription is brought current. Subscription payment failures that are not rectified in a reasonable time period will result in the Johngriffininternational.com access being permanently suspended in Company’s sole discretion.
